Exhibitor Set-Up
Two Windows for Set up allowed: 10am-5pm on Wednesday 9/23/26 and 8am-10:45am on Thurs 9/24/26 (Show Day). Set up must be complete by 10:45am (Trade Show Event Start time 11:00am). NOTE: day before setup is only allowed if your booth is located in the front room. All other booths can drop off their boxes but cannot set up until morning of show. Included With Booth Rental
6′ table (72″L x 24″W x 30″H). NOTE IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH MANUFACTURER TO BRING THIER OWN TABLECLOTH FOR THEIR TABLE. An Electrical outlet will be provided for 120v power. Exhibitors are requested to bring additional power supplies as needed.
Booth Size
You are provided with a 6ft Table. If you are bringing a booth display instead of using the provided 6ft Table, please notify Mindy Cooper right away so we can give you a more accessible location for load in/out of your display at the Venue. Please let Mindy know if you do NOT Need the 6ft Table.
Load-In
- Equipment must be hand carried into the venue (see note below for early shipments prior to the event).
- No Shipments are allowed to House of Blues.
- ALL boxes/sample cases must fit under your table during the event. There are no box holding areas.
Load-Out
- Evening of same day 9/24 starting after 8:30pm. (must be completely cleared out by 11pm).
- Load-out should not begin until after the Concert ends at 8:20pm. You may leave your table to go enjoy the concert but cannot dissemble your table until after due to aesthetics.
- All Exhibitors must hand carry their own samples with them out at the end of the event. Performance Lighting Systems is not responsible for any items left behind at the Event the day of and cannot guarantee it will not be discarded if not taken.
- All exhibitors must be fully packed and leave the building by 11pm.
Freight Elevator at Venue
7′ 9″ deep x 5′ 9″ wide. Inside Cab is 10′ High. Elevator Doors are 8′ high.
Important Dock Receiving Information: at Venue
Underground Height Clearance 14’. Loading is only allowed 30 mins prior to Event.
Advanced Shipping
- Shipping in Advance to venue is prohibited. Advanced Shipping to Performance Lighting Systems is allowed but each box must be clearly marked with your Company Name and “PLS Tradeshow 2025”.
- Advance shipments to Performance Lighting Systems Must be received no later than 9/18/26.
- It is the Responsibility of the Exhibitor to come and pick up their samples from Performance Lighting Systems offices and hand carry them to the tradeshow themselves. It is also the Responsibility of the Exhibitor to bring their samples back to Performance Lighting Systems office themselves after the event if they wish for Performance Lighting Systems to ship their items back. Performance Lighting Systems will not be offering delivery to or from the event for Exhibitors items for 2026.

Shipping Charges
Prepay all shipping charges. Performance Lighting Systems will not accept or be responsible for C.O.D. shipments.
Parking for Exhibitors
- Please park in the Garden Walk Public Parking lot accessible from Both Katella Ave & Disney Way.
- Proceed to the 4th floor of the parking garage and park on the north end of the lot closest to the double doors.
- There is signage from Garage to the House of Blues.
- Exhibitors will receive a Full day self-validation ticket to put toward parking at the venue.

- Closest Airport to Event: SNA (John Wayne) – 12 miles (Approx. 20min drive). LAX – 40 Miles away (Traffic times vary from 1-2 hours for drive).
- Hotel Info: There are Many Surrounding Hotels to the venue. It is up to each Sponsor to secure their own hotels.
